All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high order volume periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–8 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
