Return & Refund Policy
Because all of our products are made to order through our fulfilment partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at veilofvisiontarot@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a replacement, we will issue it after reviewing your claim. Otherwise, you may place a new order.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
